This study aims to explain the seriousness of the challenges of political globalization and its impact on contemporary Islamic thought. It is one of the biggest problems facing by modern Islamic thought because it represents a danger to Islamic values and the peculiarities of the Islamic nation. This study also aims to highlight the muslim contribution to the challenges of political globalization and to find a mechanism to deal with it. This study is based on how to deal with globalization and the challenges posed by globalization and its impact on contemporary Islamic thought. This study is based on the descriptive approach, which is based on presenting the problem and describing it in a certain way.

ملخص البحث
تسعى هده الدراسة إلى بيان خطورة تحديات العولمة السياسية وأثرها على الفكر الإسلامي المعاصر وتحدياتها من أكبر المشكلات التي تواجه الفكر الإسلامي المعاصر؛ لأنها تمثل خطراً على القيم الإسلامية وخصوصيات الأمة الإسلامية كما أن تحديات العولمة السياسية في مجال الديموقراطية تعد من أهم المشكلات التي تواجه العالم الإسلامي. و إبراز إسهام الأمة الإسلامية في مواجهة تحديات العولمة السياسية وإيجاد آلية للتعامل مع العولمة السياسية أو رفضها. تقوم هذه الدراسة على كيفية التعامل مع العولمة والتحديات التي تفرضها العولمة وبيان أثرها الفكر الإسلامي. هذه الدراسة تعتمد على المنهج الوصفي الذي يقوم على عرض المشكلة ووصفها بطريقة معينة وسواء أكان هذا الوصف كمية أو كيفية وأيضاً يستعان بالمنهج التحليلي.
