The Impact of Electronic Training in Developing Teachers’ Skills for Using the Educational Devices at the Scientific Institutes in the Islamic University of Imam Muhammad Bin Saud

Teaching techniques have radically changed the philosophy and processes of education, changing the automatic mode in which some teachers have been involved. The objective of the research; to diagnose the impact of a proposed computer program, to develop skills in the use of educational devices, the impact of the program on the cognitive analysis, and on the performance of skills among teachers of scientific institutes in Qassim region. The experimental approach was implemented to measure the impact of the independent variable computer program, on the dependent variable cognitive and skill collection. A random sample of 15 teachers from all five institutes was selected. The tribal test was carried out, followed by the application of the software and the post-test. The findings revealed that there were statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group members in the tribal and remote application in the cognitive achievement test in favor of the post application. And to the success of the experiment in raising the level of cognitive and skill achievement of the experimental group members. The researcher recommended more attention should be pay to the teachers’ educational training.

الملخص
أخذتْ تقنيات التعليم الموقع الذي مكنها من إحداث تغييرات ملموسة وجذرية في فلسفة التعليم وعملياته، وتغيير النمط التلقيني الذي كان يضطلع فيه بعض المعلمين. وتكمن مشكلة البحث، فيما أشارت إليه نتائج بعض الدراسات؛ أن أغلب مدرسي المواد الشرعية بالمعاهد العلمية، لم يتلقوا أية دورات تدريبية تربوية في جميع المجالات. هدف البحث؛ تشخيص أثر برنامج حاسوبي مقترح، لتنمية مهارات استخدام التقنيات التعليمية، أثر البرنامج على التحليل المعرفي، وعلى أداء المهارات لدى معلمي المعاهد العلمية بمنطقة القصيم. اتبع المنهج التجريبي في قياس أثر المتغير المستقل برنامج حاسوبي، على المتغير التابع التحصيل المعرفي و المهاري. تم اختيار عينة عشوائية قدرها 15 معلماً من جميع المعاهد الخمس. تم إجراء الاختبار التحصيلي القبلي تلى ذلك تطبيق البرنامج الحاسوبي ثم إجراء الاختبار التحصيلي البعدي. أشارتْ النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي في اختبار التحصيل المعرفي لصالح التطبيق البعدي. وإلى نجاح التجربة في رفع مستوى التحصيل المعرفي والمهاري لدى أفراد المجموعة التجريبية. أوصى الباحث الاهتمام بالتدريب التربوي للمعلمين في مجال تقنيات التعليم.
